RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following information applies to consumers within the meaning of the applicable statutory provisions.
1. Right of withdrawal for services
This applies in particular to courses, workshops, camps and one-to-one coaching sessions where you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or e-mail.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will generally make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Commencement of services during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that EMS begin providing the booked service before the withdrawal period has expired and you subsequently withdraw from the contract, you must pay us an appropriate amount for the services already provided up to the time when you informed us of your withdrawal.
This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the date of withdrawal compared with the total scope of services agreed in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for services
For a contract for paid services, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed if you previously expressly agreed that EMS may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed that you understand that your right of withdrawal will expire once EMS has fully performed the contract.
2. Right of withdrawal for goods
Right of withdrawal
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Where several goods ordered as part of one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

Effects of withdrawal for goods
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where such diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Right of withdrawal for digital content
For contracts concerning digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is generally fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.
The right of withdrawal may expire early where EMS has begun performance after you expressly agreed that performance may begin before expiry of the withdrawal period, you confirmed that you understand that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and you were provided with the corresponding contract confirmation.

After submitting your withdrawal online, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement without undue delay containing the legally required information concerning your withdrawal.
